This Full Day Private Tour of Santiago takes you to experience the highlights of the city, local sights, main parks, gastronomy & wine culture!

We start our day with private pick up services from your hotel location and begin our drive (1 hour approx.) to southern Santiago where we get to visit the Concha y Toro Winery. The visit includes a 1 hour guided wine tour with a local guide, 3 different tastings and a souvenir gift.  After the tour, you will have the chance to visit the Concha y Toro wine shop to discover their products & souvenirs.

We continue our tour to visit Santiago center where we will go on a city tour. Our first stop of the tour is the Presidential palace La Moneda and the Constitución Square; places that hide stories through the years of the military coup in Chile.  We cross over to the oldest street in Santiago (New York Street), and then walk through the commercial center until arriving in the main square: Plaza de Armas.

In Plaza de Armas, we give you a brief introduction to the history of Santiago and the importance of the place. We will visit the Mapuche monument, the Santiago Cathedral, and observe the street artists - and paintings, as well as the historical buildings: Central Post Office – the Former Presidential Palace, and the National History Museum.

We continue our tour to the Local Fish Market - Central Market, to enjoy the traditional gastronomy, seafood & fish over lunch. After dining, we continue our adventure to the most traditional bar in Santiago: La Piojera, where we get to explore their specialty “earthquake”.

Our next visit takes us to explore the main fruit and vegetable market, where we get better in contact with the local culture and people while enjoying a fresh natural juice. We carry on with our tour towards the Santiago Fine Arts Museum, and Barrio Bellavista, its vivid streets as well as the house of the national poet Pablo Neruda (La Chascona).

After finishing our city tour in the downtown area we will go up the San Cristobal Hill where you can enjoy excellent views over the city. We finish our active day and drop you off to your hotel location.
