Patricio - Co-founder & Guide

Chilean at heart, cheerful and social. Patricio came to Santiago 10 years ago from Talca – a city surrounded by diverse nature.

He holds a degree in Event Production but finally changed the events for bikes, founding Huaso Tours where he is a guide, too.

Always in the search for new routes and stories - Paricio loves to travel and thoroughly enjoys music and everything related to bikes.

Huaso - Patricio has an adventure and history to tell in all of his tours, highlighting the Chilean culture and identity!

Juan - Guide

Juan is a true Chilean "Huaso" (Cowboy), having sold everything to leave behind the comfort of the city to live in the countryside with his family. English teacher by profession and former BMX cyclist,  now  dedicates his time to breed Chilean horses. Juan was selected to be part of our team because of his Chilean cowboy essence; cheerful and social. Juan is our horseback riding guide, as well as leads our bike tours & private tours,  delivering all his knowledge and love for Chile to our visitors.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Cristian - Guide & Driver

Cristian has been part of our team for the past 2 years. He's easy to talk to, reliable, extroverted and cheerful. He graduated in international business, and is also a traveler. He has lived for 6 years in the US, and for 3 years in Australia. His specialty is our private tours where he shares the Chilean culture in depth. A lover of local gastronomy and wines, giving recommendations and local experiences to our clients, delivering quality, personalized service.

Leonardo - Professional Driver

Leonardo, professional driver, responsible and dedicated to passenger transport service and tourism.

He drives with care and takes part in a very pleasant way on our tours with each of our passenger groups. He has 5 years of experience in passenger transportation and knows by heart every corner of Santiago, making your tour a great experience together with the guide.

Jaime - Guide & Driver

Our guide in English & Portuguese graduated in Ecotourism and specialized in mountain tours, hiking & hot springs. Outdoors passionate; our local guru of Andes mountain range, its flora & fauna and geomorphology.  With Jaime our visitors can understand in depth the Chilean territory and rugged geography which is made up of 80% mountains, as well as experience the best landscapes and moments in Chile.

Andres - Guide

Chilean, born and raised in Viña del Mar, lives and works as guide for more than 10 years. One of the best guides of historical, architectural, cultural and patrimonial knowledge. His specialty is the Wine Tours, Valparaiso and Santiago Historic Tours. A cheery and charismatic guide, art and wine enthusiast, lover of sports and social life.

Francisco - Guide

Chilean, has a degree in Adventure Tourism. Loves nature, cycling, hiking, and skiing. Francisco speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese. He is passionate about tourism - telling every detail of our beloved Chile to our visitors, always happy to answer any questions or give local tips! Excellent guide and activities coordinator.

Yenky - Webmaster

Yenky 27 years old from Venezuela - has a great story with us! Engineer in IT - in charge of developing each of our ideas and transmitting them to our website.

Yenky arrived to Huaso Tours as a tourist in 2014 when he did a bike tour with us. After becoming great friends, he developed the site and kept in contact until finally moving to Chile, where he currently lives and works with his wife.

Carlos - Tech Support & Mechanic

Carlos is our Bike and MTB tech support, he has 10 years of experience working exclusively with bikes.

Carlos worked for Trek for 4 years, and now has his own workspace.  To do things with patience so that everything works at 100%, is the hallmark of Carlos.

The most reliable, responsible and professional mechanic we’ve known in 10 years.

Nipsu - Mascot of Huaso Tours

This ferret originated from Canada, has arrived in Huaso Tours to enjoy and be part of the daily life of our Team.

Her hobbies: Outdoor activities and bike riding, Nipsu also likes to mess up the office. During summer days, you may observe her on some of our Panoramic Bike Tour enjoying the sunlight and the city.
